What is life coaching?

Coaching is a co-creative and thought- provoking process of transformation. It is an empowering process, clients through reflections and actions become self-equipped to deal with the particular area they seek coaching in. Become their desired selves through coaching. It works for developing values and character strengths, managing energy, emotions, behaviour and building habits, mindset for achieving goals and desires. One of the outcomes of coaching is living more purposefully and consciously.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Therapy is more focused on helping you work through past trauma and mental health challenges. Coaching helps you not only deal with challenges but also achieve goals and focus on personal growth.

  • What does not happen in coaching:

  • Not a space for judgements, assumptions, opinions or projections on you or dictating what to do

  • It will not involve merely theory suggestions but will actually take actions and apply it in life

  • Not only discover what to do but how to do it

  • Does not need any extra time or work in daily life

  • Does not need big steps or shifts to bring change

How much time  or how many sessions will I need ? 

Each coaching session is a journey in its’ self, you shall feel better and notice the change after each session. You can choose to progress as per your own pace and need. It usually takes about 4 weeks to build a sustainable change but I have seen clients progress faster too.

How long are coaching sessions?

45 to 75 mins long depending on the client's needs in a particular session.

How are coaching sessions held?

On a one on one basis over video call platforms like Zoom, Skype, Google meet, etc.

How much does coaching cost? 

It is a worthy investment and we have customised plans as per your needs and preferences.
